Refund Policy - Rajani Groups

Shipping

The Products ordered on this website will be shipped through registered domestic couriers only.

Rajani Group of Companies will hand over the consignment to the registered couriers within 2 working days or as per the delivery agreement at the time of the order confirmation and is also subject to the norms of the registered couriers.

Most orders are shipped within 7 days after dispatch but Rajani Group of Companies is not responsible for any delay in the delivery that is caused by the delivery partner and only guarantees the handover of the consignment to the said courier company.

Delivery of all products will be shipped to the selected address at the time of order confirmation and in case of any modification to the shipping address post the order placement, one must contact us at (+91-9825607989 / [email protected]) within 24 working hours. Once the order is placed, no changes will be allowed to the order itself.

 

Return & Refund

If the order is received in a damaged condition, please contact us on the above-mentioned email and mention your order ID with an image of the condition in which you received the package.

In case of the order received is proved to be delivered in a damaged condition or that with a manufacturing defect then one will be entitled to a full refund in the form of a store credit or a transfer to the original mode of payment within 7 working days, after the order has been returned to and received by the company.

Except for the above-mentioned reasons, no other reason will be allowed to process a return of a product.

The company will not issue a refund for a refused delivery or in anyway in attempts to a return shipment. To cancel an order, one must contact us within 24 working hours after the placement of the order on +91-9825607989.
